Lawn Mowing Bellbird Park
Lawn mowing in Bellbird Park for new builds, older blocks and everything in between. Mowing the suburb since before half the streets existed.
Bellbird Park Keeps Growing. So Does The Work.
I’m Aurey O’Keefe, owner of AOK Mowing, and I’ve been mowing Bellbird Park since 2017. Back then, half the streets in Brentwood Forest didn’t exist. I’ve watched the suburb grow around me, from new builds on Augusta Parkway and Jeff Collins Circuit to the new primary school on Harris Street, mowing the lawns through every stage of it.
One person handles every job. Same face at the gate, every visit. Based in nearby Redbank Plains, which means Bellbird Park is on the regular weekly run and new enquiries can usually be slotted in quickly.
Mowing Across Every Type Of Property
Bellbird Park has a real mix of properties and I mow across all of them:
The newer sections tend to have smaller, more manageable lawns. The older areas often need a ride-on to get through them efficiently. I carry both on every run.

Pick The Wrong Mower And You’ll Know By Lunchtime
Bellbird Park has two distinct lawn types depending on where the property sits. The newer builds in Brentwood Forest, around Augusta Parkway and Jeff Collins Circuit, usually carry soft turf that’s still filling in. These lawns need careful edging so fresh garden beds don’t get overrun, and the smaller front yards suit fortnightly maintenance with a push mower.
The older parts of the suburb around Fiona Street, Rosemary Street and Kruger State School are a different story. Decades of established couch and buffalo growth with runners pushing into driveways and garden beds. Larger yards here need a ride on, and the edging work is heavier.
Properties backing onto bushland and creek corridors hold moisture longer after rain, which means thicker grass between visits and more trimming around fence lines.
I’ve been mowing across Bellbird Park since it was half the size it is now, so I know which areas grow fast, which blocks take longer, and what each part of the suburb needs through every season.
Been Here Longer Than Most Of The Streets
Bellbird Park has doubled in size since 2017, and I’ve mowed through every stage of it. Here’s what that means for your lawn:

Everything Else The Yard Might Need
If the yard needs more than a mow, I can handle that too:

Bellbird Park borders Redbank Plains to the north and the Springfield suburbs to the south, and both are part of the regular weekly run. Redbank Plains is home base, covered most days. Springfield, Springfield Lakes, Springfield Central and Spring Mountain sit just across Augusta Parkway and are handled the same week as Bellbird Park jobs.
Collingwood Park and Goodna are also part of the regular Ipswich run, along with Augustine Heights and Brookwater further out. For the full service area, see the AOK Mowing homepage.
