Lawn Mowing Collingwood Park
If the green truck goes past your house most weeks, that’s me. Mowing Collingwood Park since 2017, fortnightly schedules and one off jobs both welcome.
That Green Truck? It’s Here Every Week
I’m Aurey O’Keefe, owner of AOK Mowing. Based in neighbouring Redbank Plains, mowing Collingwood Park every week since 2017. The older homes along Collingwood Drive, the newer streets around Woodlinks State School, the new Collingwood Park State Secondary College. I’ve been mowing the lawns through all of it.
You deal with one person. I quote it, I mow it, I’m the one you contact if there’s ever a question. No subcontractors, no crews rotating through.
From Tight New Builds To 1980s Quarter-Acres
I mow for all types of properties across Collingwood Park:
Collingwood Park has a real mix of block sizes. The older sections often have bigger yards where a ride-on is the only way to get through it efficiently. The newer builds tend to be tighter, where a push mower does a better job. I carry both on every run so the right gear is always on hand.

Established Blocks Grow Thick And Fast
Collingwood Park is one of the more established suburbs in the Ipswich area. A lot of the homes were built in the 1980s and 1990s on decent sized blocks, which means bigger lawns, more garden beds and thicker growth than the newer estates further out.
Around Collingwood Park State School and along Eagle Street and Hannant Street, the larger yards grow fast in the warmer months. The couch and buffalo lawns push runners onto driveways and pathways between visits, which is why solid edging is part of every mow here.
The newer sections closer to Woodlinks State School and Collingwood Park Shopping Centre have smaller yards that do well on a fortnightly schedule with a push mower.
Properties near Goodna Creek and Banjo Paterson Park stay damp longer after rain, which means edges and fence lines get thick fast. Those parts of the suburb get more attention through the wetter months.
For more on what’s included on every visit, see the lawn mowing page.
A Regular In The Suburb Since 2017
You see the truck because I’m here every week. Here’s what that actually means for your lawn:

Alongside The Mow
Some properties need a bit more than the standard visit. If yours does, these can be arranged alongside your regular mowing:
NDIS or DVA? I Work With Both
Lawn mowing and garden maintenance for NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants and DVA clients across Collingwood Park. I work with participants, coordinators and plan managers to keep things straightforward.
Also available for WorkCover, NIISQ and other insurance-funded work.
Crossing Collingwood Park And The Ipswich Run
Collingwood Park sits between Redbank Plains to the west and Goodna to the east. Redbank Plains is home base, covered most days. Goodna sits just across the motorway with its own flood-plain lawn characteristics, and both get covered the same week as Collingwood Park jobs. Working streets in all three suburbs back-to-back on the same day is common.
Bellbird Park and Augustine Heights are part of the same weekly run, along with Springfield Lakes and other Ipswich suburbs further out. For the full service area, see the AOK Mowing homepage. If your address isn’t listed, send it through and I’ll confirm.
